From either north or south I-25, take the Eastbound 6th Ave exit. Travel eastbound on 6th Ave for approximately 1 mile and a half. Make a left on Lincoln St. Make a left on 11th Ave. Cross over Broadway. Make a right on Acoma. Our office is located near the northeast corner.

From either north or south I-25, take the Westbound Hampden Exit. Travel westbound on Hampden for approximately 4 miles. Make a right on Downing St. Travel one block and take a right on Old Hampden St. Then take the second right into Cherry Hills Medical Arts Building. Use the main entrance located on the east side of the building. Our office is located on the first floor.

When I first came to Back to Motion I was a mess. I was in a lot of pain and walking with a cane, I was hesitant about physical therapy. Karen really put me at ease and took good care of me. I have progressed so much; today I feel stronger and more confident and am not afraid to try new exercises. The clinic is very user friendly, the staff is awesome, and they all make you feel very comfortable.
