network for Sloans Lake and Pacific Care. If we are
not a participating provider for your network, we can access out of
network benefits. Out of network benefits may require a deductible, or a
higher deductible, and/or higher out of pocket expenses per visit. These
out of network benefits vary from plan to plan. We suggest you call your
